Victoria Collado and Vanessa García on theater, creativity, Cuban identity, matching tattoos

Playwright Vanessa García and director Victoria Collado are partners in Abre Camino Collective. They're the creative force behind Amparo, an experiential theater production about the story of Havana Club rum that has become the hottest ticket in Miami (and been referenced numerous times on Pan Con Podcast).

On this episode, Vanessa and Vicky join Mike to talk about Amparo, Cuban identity, ordering coffee outside Miami, the creative process, and how to deal with the growth of your team and all the delegation that comes with that. Also, Vanessa wants everyone to get tattoos, Vicky goes full Pichy Boys, and Mike spent some time in Portland Maine.
