Chef Ryan Ratino of Washington D.C.'s Jônt and Bresca on Pan Con Podcast

Ryan Ratino is the chef-owner of Washington, D.C. restaurants Jônt (two Michelin Stars) and Bresca (one Michelin Star). Ryan and Pan Con Podcast host Michael Beltrán became fast friends when they met — spurred largely by the fact that they're in a very small group of American chefs running restaurants with duck press programs.
